Overview
What is dCompany?
dCompany is the leading platform for company and equity management in Norway — shareholder administration, board work, general meetings, and formal corporate changes, all in one place. Trusted by professionals for fast, compliant company administration.
What the platform covers
dCompany brings together five areas of company administration:
Shareholder management — maintain a live, compliant shareholder register. Register transactions, issue share certificates, and report directly to the Tax Agency and Altinn.
Company administration — run formal corporate events such as capital increases, share splits, and other changes in limited companies. Documents are generated automatically in Norwegian and English.
Board work — prepare and run board meetings, circulate votes, handle signatures, and keep a full board archive.
General meetings — plan, run, and document AGMs and EGMs, including digital powers of attorney and voting.
Portfolio and group management — get a visual overview of your entire company structure, manage multiple companies from one account, and run corporate events across a group.
Who uses dCompany
dCompany is used by companies of all sizes — from a single limited company to large groups with subsidiaries across multiple countries.
Typical users include CFOs, board secretaries, chairpersons, and daily managers. Lawyers, accountants, and advisers also use dCompany to manage their clients' companies.
How it connects to the authorities
When you register a company in dCompany, the platform automatically imports company data from the Brønnøysund Register and shareholder information from the Tax Agency's shareholder register statement. You don't need to enter existing data manually.
From there, you can file shareholder register statements directly to Altinn and the Swedish Tax Agency without leaving the platform.
