Checklist
After the initial import, dCompany has populated your account with data from public registers. A few steps remain that require your input — things that aren't available from official sources. Work through this checklist to get your account fully up to speed.
Add any missing transactions
The auto-import captures your shareholder register as of the import date. If you know of transactions that happened after that point — or that weren't reflected in the Tax Administration data — add them manually in the transaction log for each company.
Add email addresses for shareholders
Email addresses are not available from public registers, so they need to be added manually. This is essential for shareholder communication and portal access.
The most efficient way to do this across multiple companies is via the Contacts module, where you can update a contact once and have it apply everywhere. You can also add addresses directly in each shareholder register, or import them in bulk from Excel.
Add articles of association
Import or enter the articles of association for each company. Upload the existing articles as a PDF — dCompany's AI importer will parse them into the structured paragraph format — or enter them manually. Once in dCompany, articles are kept up to date automatically after every corporate change.
Add email addresses for board members and CEO
As with shareholders, board and CEO contact details are not in public registers. Use the Contacts module to add email addresses efficiently across all companies at once.
Review and confirm company settings
Go to Settings for each company and review the configuration. Settings such as document language, design preferences, and Altinn access need to be confirmed before they take effect in documents and corporate automations.
Create portfolios
To stay organised across a large number of companies, create portfolios based on natural groupings — for example "Shipping", "Real Estate", "Fully owned", or by fund. Portfolios make it easier to navigate, filter, and act on multiple companies at once.
Invite colleagues as administrators
Go to Settings → Users for each company and invite the colleagues who need access. If you are adding the same person to many companies, use the Contacts module to invite them across your entire portfolio in one step.
