Onboarding included

When you sign up for dCompany as a group or multi-company customer, your entire corporate structure is onboarded for you. dCompany staff handles the setup — you don't have to register your companies one by one.

What gets imported automatically

Based on the list of companies to be onboarded, dCompany pulls the latest available data directly from official sources:

From the Brønnøysund Register:

• Company addresses, names, and registration details
• Board members and CEO
• Powers of attorney
• Signature rights

From the Norwegian Tax Administration:

• Shareholders
• Share classes
• Number of shares

This means your shareholder register, board composition, and legal structure are ready from day one.

The handover

When the import is complete, dCompany staff walks you through a structured handover. You receive a concrete checklist of the remaining details to complete — things that aren't available from public registers, such as internal roles, email addresses for shareholders, and any company-specific configurations.

The handover is designed to be fast. Most customers are fully operational within a short time after the initial import.
