Shareholders

The Shareholders tab lists everyone who currently holds — or has previously held — shares in a company. Use the layout and filter options to view ownership and voting rights exactly the way you need.

Current and former shareholders

Use the Current / Former toggle to switch between active shareholders and those who have transferred or sold all their shares. Former shareholders remain in the register as part of the permanent transaction history.

Layouts

The layout selector controls which columns are shown:

• Total overview — one row per shareholder with combined totals: number of shares, ownership percentage, number of votes, and voting power
• All share classes — columns split by share class, showing shares and ownership per class for each shareholder
• Voting power — focused on voting rights: total votes, voting percentage, and votes broken down per share class
• Per share class (e.g. Common shares, A-shares) — filters the list to show data for a single share class only

Columns

In Total overview, the table shows:

• Shareholder — name of the person or company, with a company or person icon
• Birth date / Org.no. — personal date of birth or organisation number
• Number of shares — total shares held across all classes
• Ownership — percentage of total issued shares
• Number of votes — total voting rights
• Voting power — percentage of total votes

Shares vs. votes

The number of shares and the number of votes can differ. When a company has multiple share classes with different voting weights, a shareholder's voting power may be higher or lower than their ownership percentage. The Voting power layout shows the breakdown per class.

Incomplete shareholder data

If personal information is missing for a shareholder — such as a national ID number — a banner appears at the top of the list with a prompt to review and complete the record.
