Dashboard

The dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of the shareholder register for a company — key figures, ownership breakdown, recent transactions, and top shareholders, all on one screen.

Key figures

At the top of the dashboard you see four summary figures:

• Total shares — the total number of shares issued
• Share capital — total share capital in NOK
• Shareholders — number of shareholders, broken down by persons and companies
• Total votes — total voting power across all share classes

Below the figures you also see the nominal value per share and the number of share classes.

Ownership breakdown

The ownership breakdown section shows each shareholder's stake as a percentage of total shares, displayed as a pie chart with a legend. This updates automatically whenever a transaction is registered.

Share classes

The share class panel shows shares outstanding and total capital per class. If the company has multiple share classes, each is listed separately.

Recent transactions

The Recent transactions section lists the latest entries in the register. Click View all to go to the full transaction history.

Shareholders

The Shareholders section shows the top shareholders with their share count, ownership percentage, and voting power. Click View all to open the full shareholders list.

Navigate to other sections

Use the tabs at the top to access all parts of the shareholder register:

• Shareholders — full list with details per shareholder
• Transactions — complete transaction history
• Share classes — details and history per share class
• Commitments — committed capital overview
• Shareholder register statement — generate and download the official statement

Register a transaction

Click Register transaction in the top right corner to manually register a corporate change. Available transaction types include group contribution, increase of nominal value, inheritance, issue, liquidation, and merger, among others.
