Bulk-edit details

Use Edit all to update contact details for multiple shareholders at once. The editor works across both current and former shareholders, and you can filter the view to show only records with missing information.

Edit directly in the grid

Click Edit all in the Shareholders toolbar to open the grid editor. Every shareholder field — name, national ID, address, email, phone, bank details, and more — is editable inline. Click any cell to update it, then save when you are done.

To focus on incomplete records, use the filter to show only shareholders with missing fields.

Edit via Excel

For larger updates, use the Edit with Excel option inside the grid editor:

1. Click Edit with Excel → Download current data in Excel format
2. Open the file and make your edits
3. Click Edit with Excel → Upload edited file

Changes are reflected directly in dCompany as soon as the file is uploaded.

Tip: Save a copy of the downloaded file before making changes. If the import doesn't go as planned, you can use it to restore the previous state.
