Shareholder details

The shareholder detail page is where most of the data in the shareholder register lives. Click any name in the Shareholders list to open it.

Header

The header shows the shareholder's name, type (company or personal), organisation number or national ID, and the name of the primary representative. It also shows the current portal login status and a Send invitation link action if the shareholder has not yet logged in.

Use the Edit details button to update shareholder information, or Shareholder certificate to generate and download a PDF certificate for this shareholder.

To move between shareholders without returning to the list, use the prev/next arrows or the shareholder name dropdown at the top of the page.

Shareholding tab

The Shareholding tab shows the shareholder's current position in the company.

The Overview section summarises:

• Total shares and shares per class with ownership percentage
• Total cost price — aggregate acquisition cost, updated after each transaction
• Tax assessment value per share — the latest assessed value for tax purposes
• Lock-up — end date of any lock-up period
• Loan amount — any registered gearing or shareholder loan

Below the overview, each share class has its own section showing the shareholding table with share number ranges, cost price per share, paid-in capital, premium, and transaction date. It also shows:

• Cost price — weighted average acquisition cost
• Paid in share capital — capital paid at nominal value
• Paid in premium — capital paid above nominal value
• Fair value — current fair value if set in company settings, with a historical chart and table

Transactions tab

The Transactions tab shows the full history of this shareholder's activity in the register.

At the top, three summary cards show totals and average per share for:

• Acquisitions — total amount paid for shares
• Sales — total proceeds from share sales
• Dividends — total dividends received

Below the cards, a chronological list shows every transaction with its type, description, and date.

Shareholder details tab

The Shareholder details tab holds the registered information about the shareholder.

For company shareholders:

• Company name, organisation number, UTL number, nationality, address

For personal shareholders:

• Name, national ID number, birth date, email, phone number, gender

Both types also show:

• User account — login method and last login date, with a link to send an invitation
• Bank details — BIC, account number / IBAN, bank account country
• Remarks — a free-text field for internal notes

Additional representatives tab

Company shareholders can have more than one person with access to their shareholder portal. The Additional representatives tab lists everyone who has been invited, with their name, birth date, and last login date. Use Invite representative to add a new person.
