Shareholders
Shareholder portal
Every shareholder in dCompany gets access to their own portal — a personal, read-only view of everything that concerns their shareholding. It reduces the need for shareholders to contact the company for basic information, and gives them a single place to stay informed.
The portal reflects the data you manage as an admin in real time. Anything you update in the shareholder register — share numbers, cost prices, company details, fair values — is immediately visible to the shareholder.
What shareholders can do
From the portal, each shareholder can:
- See their current holdings across all share classes, including cost price, paid-in capital, and fair value history
- Follow their full transaction history with totals for acquisitions, sales, and dividends
- Read company details — investor relations contact, CEO, board composition
- Access their own registered details and bank information
- Read the company's articles of association
- View general meetings and access related documents
- Read messages sent by the company
- Download documents from the shared archive
Overview
The default landing page shows a summary of recent messages, upcoming meetings, current shareholding per class, and key company contacts — all in one place.
Shareholding
The Shareholding tab shows detailed ownership data per share class: share number ranges, cost price, paid-in capital, premium, and fair value with a historical chart and table.
Transactions
The Transactions tab shows a running total of acquisitions, sales, and dividends, along with the full chronological history of every transaction the shareholder has been part of.
Your details
Shareholders can see the contact and bank information registered for them. This mirrors what the admin sees in the shareholder details view. If anything is incorrect, the shareholder can ask the company to update it.
Meetings
The Meetings tab lists all general meetings for the year in list or calendar view. Shareholders can see the meeting type, date, and access related documents.
Archive
The Archive gives shareholders access to documents the company has chosen to share with them — organised in folders by topic or meeting.
Messages
The Messages tab is an inbox for company communications. Shareholders receive messages sent via the Messaging module, and can read them here at any time.
