Overview
Complete history per share
dCompany is the only shareholder register where the history is actually complete — and where you can edit any transaction back in time, with all later transactions updating automatically. The data model ties every event to specific share numbers, making the register always accurate, always traceable, and never dependent on snapshots or manual reconciliation.
A shareholder register built for control
The shareholder register in dCompany records every transaction that has ever taken place — purchases, sales, gifts, inheritance, capital increases, splits, and reverse splits. Because each transaction is tied to specific share numbers, you can always trace exactly which shares belong to whom, what was paid for them, and how they got there.
This gives you full control over shareholders, history, and changes — at any point in time, not just today.
Always updated ownership overview
As transactions are registered, the ownership picture updates immediately. There is no batch processing, no manual refresh, and no risk of the register being out of sync with what has actually happened. The overview reflects the current state of ownership at all times.
All share classes supported
dCompany handles companies with multiple share classes — A shares, B shares, preference shares, and other variations. Each class is tracked separately, with its own transaction history, rights, and shareholder composition.
Cost price and paid-in capital per share
For each share, dCompany tracks the historical cost price and the paid-in capital. This means shareholders and advisers always have accurate figures for tax reporting, valuations, and ownership statements — without needing to reconstruct the history from old documents.
Register transactions yourself or delegate
You can register transactions directly in dCompany, or grant your advisers — lawyers, accountants, or corporate secretaries — access to do it on your behalf. Either way, the record stays in one place and is always up to date.
