2026
An overview of new features and improvements released from July to September 2026.
Incorporation, mergers, approval of interim balance sheets, and dissolution and liquidation are now complete, automated processes in dCompany. That means less manual work and fewer things to keep track of.

dBot handles the whole flow, including:
Document robot can now send many shareholder registers for signing in one go. This makes it easier to document your company's ownership to banks, auditors and others running KYC or other company checks.

Maps of owners, shareholdings and beneficial owners are now interactive. You can:

Select any entity in the map to see its details and settings in a new side panel.
The new map helps you identify beneficial owners under the Norwegian Anti-Money Laundering Act.

The criteria differ from those used by the Register of Beneficial Owners, especially for indirect ownership and control. Read more at the Brønnøysund Register Centre (Norwegian).
A new tab in each archive lists everyone with access, their role and when they last logged in.

The archive also gets:
You can now import historical transactions into the shareholder register from Excel.

Use it for demergers where the share capital of the transferring company is reduced and transferred to a receiving company formed in the demerger.
Filing of the shareholder register report (Aksjonærregisteroppgaven) for the 2026 income year is coming up. Good to know:
When a recipient signs by hand signature or one-time code without logging in, they now also see other pending signing requests from the same sender. They can sign everything in one flow.

You can now choose which attachments to include in the signed document. This makes it easier to leave out sensitive information, for example when you file minutes with public registers.
Signers still have access to all attachments during signing.
Users who haven't verified their email address now get clearer information about what to do.
